PHILADELPHIA — The statistics don’t lie: the Los Angeles Rams had a 91% chance to win with a 19-point lead entering the fourth quarter Sunday.

Instead, they, watched the Philadelphia Eagles complete an epic comeback, scoring 26 unanswered points to win in unthinkable fashion, 33-26 . Eagles’ defensive tackle Jordan Davis’ 61-yard blocked field goal and returned it for a touchdown as time expired.

The Eagles have won three straight games against the Rams, including in the playoffs last season.

Linebacker Jared Verse , who finished the game with a sack, six tackles, two tackles for loss and a forced fumble, said the Rams simply beat themselves with mental mistakes after building their big lead.
