Taylor Swift : The Official Release Party of a Showgirl is projected to have a blockbuster debut at the box office during its sole weekend in theaters. Playing only from October 3 to 5, the upcoming 89-minute pic features the world premiere of "The Fate of Ophelia" music video, behind-the-scenes footage, brand new lyric videos, and the singer's personal reflections on the batch of new songs.

Arriving on October 3, The Life of a Showgirl marks the 12th studio album from the 14x Grammy winner. The announcement of the new pic took place only two weeks before the album's drop, with AMC's distribution arm handling the release.
