Calling all art enthusiasts. Arts on the Coast is gearing up for Art Nite, an event that showcases visual storytelling from painters, sculptors and photographers from Richmond Hill and beyond.

The event will take place Friday at the Richmond Hill Community Center from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Eventgoers can enjoy small bites and drinks, purchase artwork and enjoy music from Phillip Wise of Missing Parts. The theme of the night is Lore .

"‘Lore’ is the thread that weaves together personal memory, shared history and community identity," said Paul Downs, co-vice president of Arts on the Coast.
