New Delhi, Sept 22: Ultra Gas & Energy Ltd (UGEL), an Essar venture, has become India’s largest private LNG autofuel retailer with six operational refueling outlets located in key states.

These stations are designed to enhance access to low-emission fuel, promoting the transition to sustainable transportation in major logistics hubs. UGEL aims to expand its network to 100 retail outlets with a planned investment of Rs 900 crore, positioning itself as a leader in green mobility.

Each station has a capacity of 50 tonnes and can refuel up to 600 LNG trucks monthly, collectively reducing carbon dioxide emissions significantly. UGEL collaborates with major LNG suppliers to ensure consistent fuel availability and support its long-term vision of multi-fuel, low-emission mobility solutions.
