New research has found that having the bakery on the doorstep is a top draw for young house-hunters. ‌

A study has shown that younger Brits have different priorities than traditional amenities, such as schools and transport links. ‌

They would much rather be closer to pubs, cafes and shops and bakeries - like steak bake kings Greggs.

The analysis was carried out by online estate agency Purplebricks.
