Fall officially begins Monday, but Central Florida is experiencing warm and muggy weather.
There is a 30% chance of showers and storms this afternoon, mostly between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. in the eastern part of the region.
Rain and storms are expected to increase on Tuesday and continue throughout the rest of the week.
Despite the change in season, it will not feel like fall in Central Florida, with highs in the low 90s forecasted for the entire week.
