An East Lothian restaurant has announced their closure with a 'reluctant goodbye'.
The Puffin in North Berwick served up their last meals over the weekend, and said they were 'truly grateful' for the support of locals. The family owned seafood spot was a firm favourite with residents, who branded the eatery 'fabulous'.
While owners Megan and Kristian didn't comment on the reasons behind the closure, locals suggested the costs of keeping the restaurant going were continuing to rise.
Posting an update on social media, they said: "Time for a very reluctant goodbye. This is not the post we wanted to make, but our time has come to close the doors.
"We want to start this post by thanking every single person who came through our doors to support us, we truly appreciate all of it. Throug
