A man was arrested after authorities said he opened fire Saturday night in a country club in New Hampshire where a wedding was taking place, killing one person and injuring two others.

Police charged the man, Hunter Nadeau, 23, with second-degree murder. New Hampshire’s attorney general, John Formella, and Kevin Rourke, the police chief in Nashua, New Hampshire, said in a statement that Nadeau fatally shot Robert Steven DeCesare, 59, with a handgun. There was no known connection between Nadeau and DeCesare, who was eating dinner with his family at the country club’s restaurant, police said.
