Pep Guardiola admits 'Arsenal were better' in Premier League draw against Man City

Manchester City made the trip to the Emirates to face Arsenal in their fifth Premier League match of the season on September 21, which ended in a 1-1 draw.

Erling Haaland opened the scoring for Man City just nine minutes into the clash from an assist by Tijjani Reijnders. Despite creating several chances, Arsenal were unable to find the back of the net till the end of 90 minutes.

While it appeared the match would end in Man City's favor, Gabriel Martinelli, who came off the bench in the 80th minute, netted the equalizer for Arsenal after being set up by Eberechi Eze three minutes into second-half stoppage time.
