Today's forecast calls for a high of 74 with rain, according to the National Weather Service. Scattered thunderstorms are possibly, especially in the afternoon and evening. Chance of precipitation today is 70% with new rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.

Tonight there is a 40% chance of showers and thunderstorms with patchy fog after 4 a.m.
