The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to a trademark counterfeiting complaint Friday at 3:58 p.m. at the Casual Girl store in the Wilton Mall.

Investigation into the complaint led to the arrest of Steven M. Solimanto, 75, of Lake George, charged with trademark counterfeiting in the 2nd degree, a Class E felony.
