We’re a quarter of the way through the 2025 Michigan Wolverines football season, and Saturday’s win over the Nebraska Cornhuskers was crucial for the next leg. Although it was the first Big Ten game and win of the season for the Wolverines, it signified that this team can overcome adversity.
The last time they were on the road, the team was picked apart by the Oklahoma Sooners in Norman. But the team, and true freshman quarterback Bryce Underwood, performed at a much higher level. Both lines dominated, and the 30-27 score did not signify the difference between these two teams. Michigan was the much better team on Saturday, and if it weren’t for a few mistakes, could have won by double-digits.
