PHOENIX - An interesting week of ups and downs is ahead!

Today:

The same pattern from last week – high pressure to our south/southeast and low pressure to our west – is allowing for more rain today! Showers and thunderstorms are passing across much of Arizona through the morning and shifting eastward into the afternoon across the state.

For the Valley, a few showers continue to skirt the north and west edge into midday. With lingering clouds and slightly cooler air, temperatures will again remain just below 100 degrees. The forecast high is 99 degrees in Phoenix on Monday with a mostly turning partly sunny sky.

Tomorrow:

Heading into Tuesday, the state dries out. It may still be a touch humid on Tuesday, but rain chances diminish. In Phoenix, the forecast high climbs
