Detroit Lions tight end Sam LaPorta (87) \runs with the ball against the Green Bay Packers during the second quarter at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin on Sept. 7, 2025.

The Baltimore Ravens and Detroit Lions each have a 1-1 record entering their Week 3 "Monday Night Football" clash. Barring a tie, one of the teams will exit Monday's contest with a losing mark through three weeks.

Despite their identical records, the Ravens are favored to beat the Lions. After all, Baltimore is averaging a league-high 40 1/2 points per game and only lost in Week 1 after blowing a 15-point fourth quarter lead over the last four minutes of their game against the Buffalo Bills.

Meanwhile, the Lions are coming off an impressive, 52-21 win over the Chicago Bears during which Jared Goff threw for five touchdowns. But Chicago's defense is a far cry from the Baltimore unit Detroit is preparing to face Monday, so that could provide Goff and Co. with a much tougher test.

Savvy NFL bettors won't just be focused on the results of Monday's game. They will also be hunting for quality prop bets and anytime touchdown scorer value picks in what could end up being a high-scoring contest.

What are the best bets for "Monday Night Football" in Week 3? Here are the best props and anytime TD bets to consider as the Ravens and Lions battle in a potential Super Bowl 60 preview.

Monday Night Football best bets

All odds are via BetMGM as of Monday.

Jared Goff UNDER 1.5 passing TDs (-115)

Goff has played three career games against the Ravens. He has attempted 120 career passes across those games, and has never thrown a touchdown.

Will that trend continue? Maybe not, but it's hard to recommend trusting Goff considering he has typically played much better indoors than outdoors during his career. Goff has only averaged 1.5 passing touchdowns per game in outdoor contests while logging 1.9 per game at indoor stadiums.

Sam LaPorta OVER 4.5 receptions (+100)

The Ravens have allowed an average of eight receptions per game to tight ends this season. That could position LaPorta, who is averaging 6.5 targets per game through two weeks, to have a big game.

LaPorta has exceeded five receptions in six of his last eight games dating back to last season. He also made six catches against Baltimore in the Ravens' 38-6 rout of the Lions in 2023. Expect a similar performance if Detroit's offense is as pass-heavy as expected in this "Monday Night Football" clash.

Jahmyr Gibbs OVER 3.5 receptions (-125)

The Ravens entered Week 3 having allowed the second-most receptions to running backs this season (17). Gibbs had 13 catches across his first two games, making him one of three NFL running backs to generate at least 10 receptions in their first two games. The others were Browns running back Dylan Sampson (11) and Buccaneers running back Bucky Irving (10).

Gibbs should once again be a big part of Detroit's game plan and should get plenty of schemed-up screens and checkdowns from Goff.

Mark Andrews anytime TD scorer (+145)

Andrews hasn't done much to start the 2025 NFL season, so this may seem like a strange pick. That said, the veteran tight end has earned two of Lamar Jackson's five red-zone targets (40%) through two weeks and should continue to be a top target of his against the Lions.

Last season, Andrews and Isaiah Likely ranked top two on the team in red-zone targets and combined for 28 respectively. Jackson simply loves targeting his big-bodied tight ends by the goal-line, so Andrews should have a chance to break out of his early-season funk in this one, especially as Likely remains sidelined by a foot injury.
