FREEPORT, Ill. — Reports were released on Monday for a fatal crash in early August that killed two .
The Stephenson County Sheriff's Office received toxicology reports for both drivers involved in the crash on Aug. 9 on Illinois Route 26 North near Oneco Rd., in Orangeville. It killed 61-year-old Darcy Connolly-Brunner and 30-year-old Rolando Ico-Choc.
Testing showed that Ico-Choc had a blood alcohol concentration of .244, more than three times the limit in Illinois. Connolly-Brunner did not have any alcohol in her system.
The final reports from the Stephenson County Coroner's Office and the Illinois State Police Traffic Crash Reconstruction Unit have not been received yet.
