The trailer for the newest film in the Star Wars franchise has been released.

The teaser for "Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu" dropped Monday, Sept. 22, giving fans a sneak peek at the film that continues the Disney+ television series "The Mandalorian."

According to starwars.com, the premise of the film is when the evil Empire has fallen, Imperial warlords remain scattered throughout the galaxy. As the fledgling New Republic works to protect everything the Rebellion fought for, they have enlisted the help of legendary Mandalorian bounty hunter Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal) and his young apprentice Grogu (as himself).
