Lake Elsinore, Calif., residents came together to pay their respects to the teenager, Celeste Rivas Hernandez, who was found dead in the car belonging to singer D4vd . According to ABC 7 Eyewitness News, the emotional candlelight vigil was held at a memorial on the street where Hernandez once lived. The memorial was created by a neighbor who once witnessed the young girl walking home from school before she went missing in April 2024.

“I’m feeling heartbroken, devastated for hearing about the news. I didn’t know Celeste personally but it hits home,” shared a community member, Gabriela Flores.
