An appointment was booked through AHS for an RSV immunization. There were no vaccine doses available at the pharmacy. They had no idea when or if they would receive more doses.
A HealthLink booking specialist said it was unfortunate, but they are not responsible for knowing if a pharmacy actually has the vaccine.
A new booking was made with the warning from the specialist that vaccines may not be available at that pharmacy.
