Dining on the Dam is being held Sunday night, and boaters and Lake Murray dam walkers should be aware that the roadway, walking path, and boat ramp on the Irmo side will be closed before and during the event.

Roadway & Walking Path:

To accommodate the event, the upper roadway and the Lake Murray Dam pedestrian walkway will be ully closed to all vehicles and pedestrians beginning Sunday, September 21 at 6:00 a.m.

During the closure, all traffic will be diverted to the dam's lower roadway. The upper roadway will reopen after midnight on Monday, September 22. The pedestrian walkway will also reopen on Monday morning.
