FOXBORO — Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel has a simple approach to fixing his team’s ball security issues.
“We’ve got to continue to practice the crap out of it,” Vrabel said when asked if he has a better idea how he’ll handle running back Rhamondre Stevenson and the team’s fumbling issues.
The Patriots lost four fumbles, with Stevenson coughing up two of those, in Sunday’s 21-14 loss to the Dolphins. Quarterback Drake Maye threw an interception and lost a fumble, and running back Antonio Gibson lost a fumble, as well.
