The trial for former Orleans 911 Director Tyrell Morris starts Monday morning.

Footage of the wreck was captured on street cameras, prompting WDSU to question whether Morris followed proper protocol, why he never filed a police report, and if he potentially altered documents for personal gain.
The investigative team at WDSU found that Morris allegedly edited the public documents to make it appear that he did not need to take a drug or alcohol test after the incident.
While awaiting trial, Morris ran for mayor of New Orleans but was later disqualified.
