The Greenwich United Way will host a Reading Champions Open House for the community on Wednesday, September 24th, 12:30-2:30 pm at Town Hall, providing a great opportunity to learn more about the largest volunteer-driven early literacy program in town and how to get involved. Greenwich Public Schools’ K-8 English Language Arts Coordinator Kimberly Paladino will address the importance of early literacy goals and the success of Reading Champions throughout all Greenwich public elementary schools. The program delivers one-to-one volunteer support and addresses early comprehension and fluency with a customized approach to meet the needs of each student.
