LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – A Lexington man appeared in court Monday on several charges tied to a recent bus stop shooting.

Jon’Tay Mattingly was arraigned over Zoom from the Fayette County Detention Center, where he entered a not guilty plea.

Mattingly is charged with three counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree criminal mischief, and tampering with physical evidence. His bond was set at $50,000, with conditions including electronic monitoring, no weapons, and no contact with the victims. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for September 29 at 8:30 a.m.
