WEBSTER COUNTY, Ky. (K105) – A Webster County man faces three decades in prison after a guilty plea to raping an infant.

According to WNKY News 40 media partner K105, 26-year-old Mykill D. Puckett of Webster County pleaded guilty to one count of first-degree rape (victim under the age of 12), incest, first-degree assault, first-degree criminal abuse (victim under the age of 12) and first-degree wanton endangerment.

K105 reports Puckett is sentenced to 30 years in prison and will not be eligible for parole, according to the Kentucky Attorney General’s Office.

In addition, K105 states the charges stem from August 2023, when Puckett’s “biological daughter, who was six months old at the time of the abuse, was taken to Baptist Health Deacones
