ANN ARBOR, Mich. — Sherrone Moore is back, but he won’t say where he went.

The Michigan football coach was all smiles as he took the podium Monday in Schembechler Hall, his first time speaking publicly in two weeks, after having to watch his team play from a distance.

Moore was kept from the sideline during Michigan’s Sept. 13 rout against Central Michigan, attending practices last week and the Wolverines’ subsequent 30-27 victory at Nebraska for violating NCAA rules.

So, what’d he learn about his team while watching them on TV?

“That we got a connected team,” Moore said. “It’s going to be fun to go on this adventure during the next quarter of the season.”
