Hallmark star Mike Heslin died during his birthday trip to Las Vegas after restaurant staffers allegedly blocked CPR from being performed during his medical emergency, a new lawsuit claims.

Heslin’s husband, Scotty Dynamo, claimed in a new filing that staffers at Javier’s at the Aria Hotel allowed an “avoidable tragedy” through multiple “failures” to provide emergency care, according to docs obtained by Daily Mail .

Dynamo claimed in the suit filed Sept. 18 that the “Lioness” actor had “exhibited obvious signs of a medical emergency,” but that the restaurant staff did not do anything to help and even “forcefully interfered” with a nearby diner who attempted to perform CPR.
