ARKANSAS CITY, Kan. (KAKE) - Police have arrested two Oklahoma men in connection to a series of vehicle burglaries last week.

Around 3 a.m. on September 14, officers were called to the 1200 block of North A Street after a report of someone looking into vehicles. Police found that two vehicles had been broken into, with one having items stolen. A victim was able to capture a suspect through surveillance video.
