The owner of M.L.Rose Craft Beer and Burgers is seeking to sell an East Nashville building for $9.5 million after having paid $2.25 million for the property in August 2023.

As the Post reported two years ago (read here ), and according to a Davidson County Register of Deeds document, an LLC that includes Austin Ray acquired the three-parcel 1.01-acre Inglewood property, located at 3701 -3705-3707 Gallatin Pike. At the time, the building housed vintage clothing store Old Made Good and consignment shop Wallpaper and Home Consignments, with the overall property also offering 58 parking spaces.
