SCHENECTADY — A Schenectady man has been arrested and charged with possessing child pornography following a joint investigation by state police and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

Boodhram Seeraj, 34, was arrested on Friday and charged with felony counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child and promoting a sexual performance by a child.
