Wolves striker Jorgen Strand Larsen admits the team are in a “tough spot”.
The Norway international – linked with a move to Newcastle throughout the summer – signed a five-year deal to stay at Molineux this week after making a loan spell from Celta Vigo permanent.
Larsen (circle) featured for the first time in three games after suffering a minor Achilles injury against Everton last month.
But, after coming off the bench at half-time, there was nothing he could do to turn Wolves’ fortunes around as the home team slumped to a fifth straight defeat from their first five games.
Larsen told wolves.co.uk: “It’s bad. As simple as that. We’re in a really, really tough spot and I’m disappointed in all of us.
