Kent’s industrial market continues to draw investors with the recent sale of a warehouse property on several acres of land. A 21,150 square foot industrial structure that sits on slightly over eight acres of land traded hands recently. According to King County public records, the sales price was $12 million. The buyer was an entity affiliated with Realterm, and the seller was an entity based in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Located at 7226 S 262nd St., the main building was constructed in 1992, according to King County records. The property also includes a 2,820 service garage.
Realterm is an independent global investment manager focused on the transportation industry, according to information from the company. The firm acquires, develops, finances and manages differentiat
