Muppet movies are a franchise , but they’re also a genre. Take a famous human, surround them with wacky nonhuman creatures, and you’ve got yourself a Muppet movie. By this metric, the new trailer for The Mandalorian and Grogu looks an awful lot like a Muppet movie.

The only human actor we really get a good glimpse of is Sigourney Weaver , who appears to be playing on a space iPad in a space diner when Grogu, a.k.a. Baby Yoda, tries to use the Force to steal her bowl of space snacks. Other than that, it’s all puppets, CGI, and masked characters, including the titular bounty-hunting, babysitting Mandalorian, Din Djarin, who never once takes his helmet off to reveal Pedro Pascal’s face in the 94-second teaser.
