Srinagar: Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo on Monday visited the Zewan site to assess the construction of transit accommodations for Kashmiri Migrant employees under the Prime Minister’s Development Package (PMDP). He was accompanied by key officials, including the Principal Secretary of Public Works Department and the Divisional Commissioner of Kashmir.

During the visit, Dulloo reviewed the progress of 936 one-BHK flats, noting that 624 have been completed and 312 are in various stages of construction. A total of 703 flats have been allotted, reflecting an increase of 51 allotments since March 2025. The Chief Secretary was informed about the timelines for further completions, with 96 flats expected by September 2025, 72 between October and December 2025, and 144 from January to March 2026. Fi
