SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV)—If it feels like driving through Syracuse has gotten harder, you're not the only one! The massive I-81 Viaduct Project has been transforming how people get around the city, and the usual routes drivers take are being replaced.

With familiar exits closing, lanes shifting, and sometimes, GPS directions don't always match what's out on the road. Syracuse's drivers are confused, frustrated, and some spots aren't sure what to predict.
