New Hampshire prosecutors say they are still gathering evidence to determine the “appropriate” charges to file against a 23-year-old murder suspect they have accused of opening fire at a Nashua country club Saturday evening .

Nashua resident Hunter Nadeau is accused of killing 59-year-old Robert DeCesare with a handgun at Sky Meadow Country Club’s Prime restaurant, New Hampshire’s attorney general’s office said previously. Two others were injured by gunfire during the shooting, but are in stable condition as of Monday afternoon, Senior Assistant Attorney General Peter Hinckley said during a press conference.
