CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) - Here’s a look at this week’s KCRG-TV9 Athlete of the Week cross country nominees. They include Izzy Hardin, Evelyn Moeller and Emma Chesterman

Izzy Hardin of Maquoketa won the girls individual title at the Cedar Rapids Invitational at Seminole Valley Park by 18 whole seconds.

Evelyn Moeller of Mount Vernon came in third and helped the Mount Vernon-Lisbon team finish as the runner up at the Cedar Rapids Invite

Dubuque Senior’s Emma Chesterman is a three time state cross country qualifier. She won the Pleasant Valley Spartan Challenge with a time of 18.38.
