One of the fiercest rivalries in the Southeastern Conference is set to kick off this Saturday in the Ole Miss-LSU game , and LSU's Whit Weeks added some intrigue to the big game.

On Monday afternoon, the junior linebacker confirmed his relationship with Ole Miss coach Lane Kiffin's daughter, Landry, with a photo of the two on Instagram.

"Happy :)," Landry's caption read.

Weeks himself playfully commented on the post.

"Nice dude," Weeks commented.

"Thanks, bud," Landry responded.

Through LSU's first eight games this season, Weeks has collected 8 tackles and 0.5 a sack. The Watkinsville, Georgia native is one of the Tigers' fiery leaders on defense as an upperclassman.
