RYE, N.Y. — Grace Zell scored Kingston High’s lone goal in a 3-1 non-league field hockey defeat to Section 1’s Rye on Saturday, Sept, 20.
Goalie Kyleigh Berardi made seven saves for the Tigers, who will host Rondout Valley at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 25 at Dietz Stadium.
“We got to play fast and challenge ourselves with this Section 1 matchup,” Kingston coach Kelsey Mulligan said. “We got better as a team and will take that into our next games.”
