WASHINGTON – On Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. this week, Congressman Brett Guthrie joined other congressman and women for a hearing on the Nancy Gardner Sewell Medicare Multi-Cancer Early Detection Screening Coverage Act.
This act is very important and would allow Medicare coverage for multi-cancer early detection tests. These tests, along with crucial research and discovery made over the years, could play a huge role in not only detecting, but preventing certain cancers.
