GRAVES COUNTY, Ky. (KFVS) - A Kentucky man said he’s still in shock after a plane crashed into his home in Graves County.

On Monday morning, September 22, crews used a crane to move the aircraft from the home to a flatbed trailer on the other side of the highway.

Joseph Canter told us he wasn’t home at the time of the crash, but his grandmother was.

We talked with him on Monday about what happened.

“Living across from the airport, it’s just not something you even think of. Obviously, we hear planes go over the house all the time.”

Over the house, yes, but into the house, that’s a new one for Canter.

“I was at work, and around 3:45 or so, my grandma messaged me and said a plane just landed in your bedroom.”

Canter said he didn’t believe her at first.
