On Monday, Belleville council approved a new agreement under the Family Recruitment Program to welcome Dr. Anuja Ashok to begin her medical career in the city upon graduation from Queen’s University. Article content

Ashok is finishing her residency training and under conditions of the agreement will start practising medicine in Belleville as early as the fall of 2027.
