The Park City Police Department this month received at least two reports of hit-and-run accidents.

On Saturday, Sept. 20, at 1:41 p.m., a hit-and-run traffic accident was reported on Main Street. The police were told the victim’s vehicle was at a charging station for cars powered by electricity.

On Tuesday, Sept. 16, at 3:55 p.m., a hit-and-run traffic accident was reported on Kearns Boulevard. A car was sideswiped by a truck, the police were told.

On Sunday, Sept. 21, at 7:09 p.m., the police received information about a vehicle that may have been towed in Park City. The police, though, did not have a report of such a tow. The department logged the case as a citizen assist rather than a suspected criminal matter.
