NORFOLK, Va. — There are new developments in a story that 13News Now has tracked for months.

Roughly $8 million in stolen cars were seized at the Port of Virginia by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Team this fiscal year. 13News Now was there for the latest bust in late August.

But John Strumbos reached out to us and said he was shocked to see his Lamborghini in the story.

He said it was stolen in mid-May from his home in Miami. Now that it has been recovered, in Virginia, he is left fighting with the insurance company, which, he said, is now claiming ownership.
