One of four Army soldiers killed in a helicopter crash in Washington state last week was from Missouri, officials said.

On Monday, the Army identified the four who were killed when the MH-60 Black Hawk helicopter they were aboard went down as:

Chief Warrant Officer Andrew Cully, 35, of Sparta, MissouriChief Warrant Officer Andrew Kraus, 39, of Sanibel, FloridaSgt. Donavon Scott, 24, of Tacoma, WashingtonSgt. Jadalyn Good, 23, of Mount Vernon, Washington

The crash happened in a rural area near Joint Base Lewis-McChord in western Washington Sept. 17, according to the Army and media reports. An investigation into the “aircraft mishap” is ongoing, the Army said.
