LAS VEGAS ( FOX5 ) — Las Vegas Metropolitan police released its latest numbers for a “DUI Blitz” over the weekend.

According to a social media post, LVMPD officers from the Northeast Area Command, Southeast Area Command, Traffic, and 911 Communications participated. Metro also thanked its phlebotomist, a medical professional, for drawing blood and conducting tests.

Saturday, police said 199 citations were issued, with 16 DUI arrests and four other arrests.
