Gov. Moore: Issues revealed in audits 'did not begin with this administration'

Gov. Wes Moore laid blame at leaders before him for some of the details included in two scathing audits that were published recently as pressure mounts for him and his administration to take action to ensure the issues within the Department of Transportation and Department of Health don’t persist.
