WEST VALLEY CITY — A second man has been charged in connection with a fatal three-car crash in July that claimed the life of a 25-year-old Tooele woman.

Regino Mateo Mendoza, 47, of Magna, was charged Friday in 3rd District Court with automobile homicide, a second-degree felony; negligently operating a vehicle causing serious injury and obstruction of justice, third-degree felonies; not having auto insurance, a class C misdemeanor; and crossing the median, an infraction.

On July 13, West Valley police responded to a three-car crash on the Bacchus Highway near 5400 South.
