SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - Other than a few early evening showers, tonight looks quiet across the region with partly cloudy skies and overnight temperatures remaining in the low and mid 70s.

Tuesday will be a very hot and humid day ahead of a strong cold front. Temperatures will soar into the mid 90s but humidity will also be very high causing feels like temperatures to approach 105 by afternoon!

As we head into Tuesday night, storms will be arriving along the I-30 corridor and some of these could be severe with hail and wind the primary concern. An isolated tornado or two also can’t be ruled out so please stay weather aware in this region. These storms will slowly push south, arriving along the I-20 corridor early Wednesday morning.
