‘Weapons’ Director Confirms Aunt Gladys Prequel Movie: ohnotheydidnt

Zach Cregger confirmed that he has been discussing a prequel about Amy Madigan’s breakout character Aunt Gladys from Weapons.

“It is real and I’ve been talking to Warner Bros. about it,” Cregger told Fangoria in a new interview. “There’s a story and I’m pretty excited about it. It’s not bullshit.”

“I was ready,” Cregger said. “I had it kind of in my pocket before the movie came out.”
