CORINTH -- Maine State Police are investigating an incident Sunday in Corinth in which one person was found dead and another in critical condition.
Maine State Police say it started with a report of shots fired in the early morning hours Sunday, and when troopers arrived at 272 Main Street in Corinth, they located a wounded adult male outside of the residence.
Troopers rendered aid before the victim was taken via lifelight to a local hospital, where the person is listed in critical condition.
Police say troopers then entered an apartment they believed to be connected to the incident and located a deceased male.
The deceased was identified as 46-year-old Scott Roberts of Glenburn. Following an autopsy, the cause of death was determined to be a gunshot wound, and the manner of death was
